Melt the fat away and look hotta with Tabata.  Tabata is a form of HIIT training, 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest, each circuit consists of a total of 4 minutes.  The difference between Tabata and HIIT is Tabata incorporates anaerobic and aerobic exercises so we are incorporating cardio and strength training.  Work hard, rest easy and repeat!!!  Burn those calories, shape your body and have a blast doing it!!

Plyometrics, strength, and functional training meshed together to give you one intense workout!!  Burn lots of calories and work muscles you didn't even know you had.  We will use kettlebells, free weights, plyometric boxes, bosu balls, medicine balls, resistance bands and more to diversify movements. Push your limits during this circuit style workout with different stations set up to make sure you hit every body part!

Core & Stretch

Build your foundation- your core! In this class we will build and sculpt your abs using various exercises. The format of the class changes each week so that no two classes are the same. In addition to some intense core work, we will also perform a series of stretches to help improve flexibility, range of motion, balance, and posture. Build strength and work towards that tight tummy while gaining all the benefits that stretching has to offer.
